I am with you from the first signs of active labor through the golden hour, offering physical comfort, emotional encouragement, and evidence-based guidance. Creating a space where you can birth with confidence, and leave feeling empowered and content with your life changing experience.

- On-call support from 37 weeks until birth

Postpartum Doula
Starting at $35/hour (minimum 3-hour visits) Extended contracts available with consultation
Inquire about postpartum supportThe weeks after birth are sacred and demanding. I provide hands-on support in your home — caring for you so you can care for your baby. Whether you need help with newborn care, feeding & meal prep support, housekeeping, or simply someone to hold space while you heal, I am here.

- Newborn care education and hands-on guidance
- Infant feeding support (breast, bottle, or both)
- Light household tasks and meal preparation
- Sibling and family adjustment support
- Emotional support and postpartum wellness check-ins
- Referrals to local specialists as needed
- Flexible scheduling — days, evenings, or overnights
Distance is no barrier to exceptional doula care. My virtual package brings personalized birth preparation, on-call text and video support during labor, and postpartum check-ins directly to you — wherever you are in the world.
