I became a doula because I believe every birthing person deserves unwavering support, evidence-based guidance, and a compassionate presence — from the first contraction to the first breath. You deserve access to all the information that goes into making the right choice for you and your family.
My journey
How I found my calling
My path to becoming a doula began with my own birth experience — my best friend took a doula course to be by my side getting me through my most intense moments, especially while I was laboring at home. She really kept me grounded and encouraged everyone on my birthing team to be more involved.
Througout my pregnancy and time after as a stay at home mom I really got to spend time learning how moms are treated by their medical staff, and the lack of support on all sides. I felt a calling to be more involved because I have always wanted to be in the medical field, I just didn't know exactly where I belonged. After 9 months of being a stay at home mom, I began working on getting my BSN on route to becoming a midwife. Becoming a doula was always apart of this journey to be involved with helping women now, and to learn the in and outs that really come with being in this field. Ultimately my gaol is to create a community of women who support and empower each other through their most vulnerable moments. With much research I pursued professional training and certification through DONA International. Looking back now Im so grateful for the way all the pieces of my life have fallin into place, and filled me with the passion I have for this work.
Today I bring both lived experience, and training to every client relationship. I believe birth is a profound life event that every family deserves thoughtful, personalized care with all the information to make a fully informed decision — and I am honored to support you during this sacred time.

Every family deserves clear, unbiased information so they can make decisions that feel right for them — not for anyone else.
Continuous presence
Labor is not a 9-to-5 event. I stay by your side through every stage, every shift, every unexpected turn.
Whole-person care
Birth is physical, emotional, and spiritual. I support all of you and encourage your personal birth team to be hands on and fully present — not just the clinical milestones.
Postpartum matters
The weeks to months after birth are just as important as the birth itself. My care doesn't end when the baby arrives.
